I speak with with my mouth which was full of marshmallows. The words I speak are provided to me by my alter-ego who exists in another plane of existence. I have only a cursory almost dreamlike knowledge of this other place.

I believe he executes his will on this plane of existence using this typing ability you speak of.

Well, there's EDG's omnicom under the couch, and her i-pod in the popcorn bowl...

I wonder if she left anything else here?

Like so Ohmygawd, EDG is really grounded.

And she didn't even have a chance to know the charms of an evil genius.

Consider yourself lucky, Tamper Lad, that you didn't have much of a chance to further corrupt my Granddaughter.

Had you used your villainous charms to lead her astray, you would have raised my ire. And, That Mr. “Evil Genius” is not something you want to do.

Ohmygod, the SUDL is EMPTY!

Good, I need someplace to pout! Pounding on those measly 25 henchmen hanging out in the back room of the Evil Genius Club was fun, but it wasn't enough to get me over this mad

LARD BUTT!

He is so gonna pay for that like nasty little comment.

<Looks over shoulder into mirror>

I so have a cute little butt, I so do...

And I'll like clobber anyone who says I don't!

Tamper Lad? Hm, not here at the moment.

I'll leave him this message:

Tamper Lad,

As Chief of Security, its my job to be prepared for subversive forces coming to Legion World. Its early to say, but one such force might be on its way...something I could use your help on for nipping it in the bud early. You might not be overly thrilled with my job or my office, but as a citizen of Legion World, it could be in your best interests to help.

The enemy is from the mystery sector of space known as the Dark Oval, and their technology is very alien and inaccessible in the UP sectors of space. Should they indeed land and you help in defeating them, there could be some incentive for you, should you like to experiment with and on the technology yourself.

I'd prefer this was kept between you and I for the time being.

Tamper Lad, correct?

My files indicate you might be of help to me, and you have little care for certain members of the LMBP.

I'm interested in currency. Namely, how much of it is on Legion World, and who controls it all. I know there are many rich citizens here...many are part of the LMB. Namely that Triumvirate, or the House of Jectra.

But I'm also more curious about the willingness to spend that money, should the need become increasingly greater.

What most the universe does not realize is that the Dark Oval's wealth is virtually unmatched...

Internal Memo
From: Her Royal Highness Crujectra
To: His Royal Majesty Hrold
Subject: Psyonian Treasury

Dear Father,
New events on Legion World have me troubled. Financial systems are being investigated by persons unknown. Advise you to have all unnecessary Psyonian funds redirected back to homeworld until further notice. I have already instituted higher security encryptions on my own personal accounts, and have transferred all liquid assets back to my accounts on Psyonia.

I believe that there is something sinister happening on Legion World, and the planet may no longer be safe. Having safehouses prepared should any of the LMBP need to go into hiding.

Ohmygod, is anybody home?

<looks around, Notices Note from DB>

Like, Personal Business?

Okay...

<Opens TL's supposedly hidden wall safe, retrieves several boxes of special 9mm ammo Tamper prepared for her months ago>

Yep! Like Personal Business!

<watches Everyday Girl>

(Hm. I should stop her).

<magnetically ensures she sees *all* the ammo she needs>

Hrun watches the Trimuvir leave before turning to Everyday girl and handling her a number of boxes of 9mm ammunition as well as a small jewel encrusted dagger.

"Here little warrior, take this dagger you may need it ere the day is done"

Lolita,

Keep me informed of all of Everyday Girl's movements in the forseeable future. Please have the Security Office available to back her up at all times.

If it appears she is doing something illegal, contact either Hrun or me, and do not inform the rest of the Security Office.

*Ahem*

Guests are reminded that the SUdL and the Supper Club are 'Jurisdiction-free Diplomatic Concessions' just like the Psyonian Embassy convieniently located in Princess Cru's penthouse.

Hrun pats Everyday Girl on the head.

"and your mother loves and missess you my little princess. Mayhap thou two shall meet once again soon ere the end"

(Hm...I never gave EDG's parents much thought. Could Hrun be the father? That's interesting...considering I'm one of the few that knows Matlock is indeed Hrun's own father. No matter what the case, the House of Quank, EDG and Hrun are all my allies, and I'll stand by them to the death if need be...though I fear its them that will have to stand by me on this one...)

Hrun could be EDG's father? She certainly has demonstrated a fascination with weaponry. Has anyone asked her to throw an axe lately?

Well it does make sense considering EDG's violent rampages and the trail of kneecapped victims through the MMB's finer establishments.

I have an odd urge to let Everyday Girl stay up past her bedtime, let her eat cookies for supper, buy her her own mechanized battle armor etc.

So, I see this Space Ranger is interested in Legion World's finances?

That's not an angle I would have considered. Unless...hm...maybe I'm overthinking this...(better not let Tamper hear may say that and make some snooty comment... laugh )

No reply from this Tamper Lad yet. I would have thought a capitalist-opportunist would see the value of the coming weeks. I certainly do...

<message from the LW Central Bank>

The recent withdrawal of foreign funds (following the withdrawal of Psyonian money) from the financial system of LW has caused a crisis in monetary liquidity in the banking system.

Coupled with the sudden cutting off of imported beer causing gross cost inflation in LW's primary industry (the serving of alcoholic beverages to LMB heroes) our analysts project that the entire economy will collapse in a matter of weeks.

The Dark Oval investigation must be concluded expeditiously or all bars on LW will fail when the bank is forced to call in lines of credit.
