As Chief of Security, its my job to be prepared for subversive forces coming to Legion World. Its early to say, but one such force might be on its way...something I could use your help on for nipping it in the bud early. You might not be overly thrilled with my job or my office, but as a citizen of Legion World, it could be in your best interests to help.
The enemy is from the mystery sector of space known as the Dark Oval, and their technology is very alien and inaccessible in the UP sectors of space. Should they indeed land and you help in defeating them, there could be some incentive for you, should you like to experiment with and on the technology yourself.

My files indicate you might be of help to me, and you have little care for certain members of the LMBP.
I'm interested in currency. Namely, how much of it is on Legion World, and who controls it all. I know there are many rich citizens here...many are part of the LMB. Namely that Triumvirate, or the House of Jectra.
But I'm also more curious about the willingness to spend that money, should the need become increasingly greater.
What most the universe does not realize is that the Dark Oval's wealth is virtually unmatched...

New events on Legion World have me troubled. Financial systems are being investigated by persons unknown. I believe that there is something sinister happening on Legion World, and the planet may no longer be safe. Having safehouses prepared should any of the LMBP need to go into hiding.

(Hm...I never gave EDG's parents much thought. Could Hrun be the father? That's interesting...considering I'm one of the few that knows Matlock is indeed Hrun's own father. No matter what the case, the House of Quank, EDG and Hrun are all my allies, and I'll stand by them to the death if need be...though I fear its them that will have to stand by me on this one...)

Coupled with the sudden cutting off of imported beer causing gross cost inflation in LW's primary industry (the serving of alcoholic beverages to LMB heroes) our analysts project that the entire economy will collapse in a matter of weeks.
The Dark Oval investigation must be concluded expeditiously or all bars on LW will fail when the bank is forced to call in lines of credit.
