The Yangtze Room
As soon as you step over the threshold to this bedroom, you feel as though you have been transported to a quiet Yangtze River valley at dusk. The walls, empaneled in ivory silk, are graced with watercolor and brush paintings that convey the sense of early evening along the water's edge. A small stand of verdant bamboo provides a separate dressing area to one side of the room.
In the center of the room is an elegant rosewood canopy bed, reminiscent of imperial Chinese wedding beds. The shimmering golden sheets are light as a butterfly's wings, and spun of the finest silk. The sheets are deftly embroidered with the image of two majestic dragons circling each other in flight. Draped over the bed's canopy is a cerulean silk sheet into which have been sewn hundreds of glistening pearls. When drawn completely around the bed, the sheet provides the seamless illusion of sleeping underneath the open night sky.
Beside the bed is a sandalwood nightstand that is expertly carved to depict a regal phoenix with wings outspread. The carving is intricately inlaid with jade, mother-of-pearl, lapis lazuli, and other precious stones.
A sea-green porcelain bowl sits on the nightstand. The bowl is filled with juicy pears and plump peaches, long a symbol of longevity in Chinese culture. Next to the bowl are two matching porcelain cups and a teapot filled with freshly-brewed Dragon Well tea.
On the other side of the bed is a mahogany chair. Draped over the chair, for the use of the mansion's guests, is an elegant silk nightgown, its rich hues conveying prosperity and joy. The gown is embroidered with a dragon pattern that complements the pattern on the bedsheets.

Bravo! Unbelievable, STU. That's so beautiful, and your description is just brilliant. May I reserve a night in the Chinese Room?

Ah, I see you've changed the name of the Chinese Room to the Yangtze Room. Sounds much more exotic, and romantic.

Wow. Almost 24 hours since the last visitor. Well I'll just have a quick look around the place and carry on with my tour of Legion World.

Looks like STU is getting the mansion ready to be his next enterprise - the premier Inn of Legion World.

In fact, the Inn at Legion World sounds just about right. Maybe it could be a bed and breakfast, with gourmet food and drink to be provided by the creative minds behind SHAKES and the Beacon?

SHAKES, the Beacon, Café Cramer, and chocolatte, too!
We'll have hors d'oeuvres throughout the day, and special chocolates with the nightly turndown service.

I don't suppose we can just live here forever, can we? (looks at STU with pleading puppy-dog eyes)

Hey, I don't know if Stu knows this yet, but I live here full time! I moved in not too long ago in one of the guest quarters, so there's no way to get rid of me now

Which is why the rest of us have gotten security cameras installed in there. Oops, wait, I wasn't supposed to mention that...

Between the security cameras in Varalent's Variable Villa and the security cameras in Cobalt's Security Office, there is a substantial amount of rather eye-popping footage.
(All for security purposes only, of course...)

Dolly the Sheep changed her name to Paris Hilton? Why didn't that make the national news?

Those are three seperate videos and I was drunk in two of them (you guess the two)! And I have plenty of dirt on all of you too, need I mention a certain Bee Arthur?
And someone may have inadvertantly messed up, isn't this thread supposed to be highlighted? With all the recent highlighting and un-highlighting of threads, this may have happened...
