Heirloom tomato bisque with a skewer of prawns resting on a shredded crab-meat island
Crown roast of Wildebeest with a dijon rosemary cornmeal crust
Pears poached in white wine, served in a pastry plate with sabayon

This is so embarassing, I had to fly home and fix Lightning Lad some scrambled eggs and ham. Changed clothes first of course. Then had to put my gown back on and get back here. Good thing he didn't notice the booze on my breath.
