They think he's part Abyssinian because of the ticking, which would also help explain his, er, frolicsome personality. Last night, he found a bunch of scrubbing pads next to the kitchen sink and flung them on the floor while we were sleeping.

As the picture below can attest, it didn't take The Sid long to grow in both size and evil: He wiles away countless hours digging through the trash, terrorizing poor Butterscotch, and shredding our already beleaguered furniture. My daughter and I were especially sad for a while, there. We're better now. We won't be getting another pet, as we are busy enough with our other cat, Ash, and our dog, Dingo. Zelda was a sweetheart and well liked in our neighborhood. I'll miss her cute little "mew."
