Instant noodles will kill you with sodium. I once checked the NutFacts. One serving had 120% of the RDA.

Not so much into the Celebreality, but put on a metal show and I'll watch it, possibly more than once. (I'm not big into metal, either. But I was watching "When Metal Ruled the World" again last night.) Or a countdown-type show. (100 Greatest 1-Hit Wonders - watched AGAIN.) And then throw on some I Love The 80s. Haven't seen all of the new batch yet. I think they're showing them all today, so if I need overindulging...
