Just out of college, I attended the 2nd Annual San Diego Comic Con in 1970 (I think that's right). Mostly, just a couple hundred guys sitting around with their collections spread out on folding tables, buying/selling/trading with each other.
There was a guy there selling his COMPLETE collection of the Herbie series (Forbidden Worlds/American Comics), A-1 condition, sealed in plastic, which I foolishly passed up.
I would love to see the flash and sizzle it has become now. Maybe someday.
Next time we have a DC/Marvel crossover, I want it to take place in the Hostessverse

I'm in again this year, but I think it's probably the last one for me.
Though I like hooking up w/fellow LWers, SD is just too much of a madhouse. Hopefully going forward we can find an alternative gathering spot (there was some talk about a big get together for 2013?).

Legion World was assured a spot last year because of some mix ups.
But Nightcrawler has said above that he won't be at the con. So will Legion World be a no-show for the con too?

Sorry, that was a winky-I-won't-be-there. I will be! Legion World will have a table at San Diego Comic Con each year going forward! Each year will be giving out cool goodies and hopefully, everyone can stop by and hang out and enjoy the serenity of the San Diego Comic Con at least once.  Our ten-year anniversary is 2013, so please save up for that one! No more stickers...one of the freebies we'll be having is this image as a pin - ![[Linked Image]](http://www.legionworld.net/images/sdcc/stickerOL.gif) I went with the retro L, since DC does a more modern version.

Guys, since I can't be there, I want to make a suggestion for an artist you can see. Nei Ruffino. She's a colorist who works for DC and Zenescope. She did the coloring for the cover of Legion of 3 Worlds #5, both of them.
