I remember when Lifetime used to play the Golden Girls ... 6 times a day. FANTASTIC. (and Designing Women as well ? )

I wish some network would just run Golden Girls, Murder She Wrote, Star Trek TNG, and Buffy ... non stop. Sex and the City might work too ...

Speaking of Golden Girls, I caught Betty White's new series, Hot In Cleveland last night. Despite a great cast (Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick, and White), I was underwhelmed. A bunch of pampered rich women trying to get into a social club? Yeah, I can relate to that.

Well, we could always make the entrance exams here more rigorous/expensive, if you think that would help.

Why does Nam'Lor speak of himself in the third person, but still uses the pronoun "you"?

I have a shirtless man and a big bag of apples, but no pineapple, nor pine tree.

Incidentally, my favorite thing about that series of Dole ads is their wacky sense of scale: Inevitably, the pineapple looks like it's big enough to double as a storage shed or one-car garage. lol

Tom Hanks could have carved one out for a boat to escape his island.

I never saw that Tom Hanks movie. Then again, I've seen very, very few Tom Hanks movies since "F*rr*st G*mp," which I detested.
