...am questioning whether I'm drinking too much coffee again as I think it's throwing me out of whack and making me not want to go to the gym during lunch. The problem is I enjoy it so much.

...went to my 2nd bio-feedback session (the 1st where the machine actually worked on me), watched The Rocky Horror Glee Show, attempted to go out for karaoke but came home disappointed because it was canceled.

...finally went to the gym again. I've decided I'm enjoying the cardio so little that I'll focus instead on weight-lifting until I regain my enthusiasm for cardio.

...have a research paper due for environmental science tomorrow which is only one page done so far, requires at least five, and I believe I have no idea if I'm doing it right. But I'm prepared to accept a bad grade as I deserve for slacking off.
