...was looking at how much my current home might be worth after this huge economic decline and buying at the height of the housing boom in 2007. Ouch. When I sell this place, I'm going to have to real stand firm so I actually some kind of profit and sell this place above my mortgage!

...found out that my local NPR station is splitting into two: One station will be all news and the other all classical music. I sleep with the radio on and am used to going to sleep to music and waking up to news. This may be a problem.
