I like her uniform... though I'd change the blue in it to red.

Along with Jay's hat, I wanted Jenni to change her name to RED TORNADO, thereby honoring her mother and uncle. Let Bart carry on the FLASH legacy... the TORNADO TWINS were heroes who deserve to be honored, too!

The biker shorts were the only part I didn't like. Otherwise, I thought the look was fine.

I think the biker shorts are great. What body part would be more likely for a runner to flaunt than her calves?

She would certainly have the element of surprise if she was in a full sari, though.

I think the dark shiny blue part of her costume should be dark shiny red, and I want her to grow out her ugly hair and slick it all back. I LOVE her big amber eyes. The girl is super extra cute. The button nose KILLS me!

As for the costume and name. XS has probably been around too much to change easily now. Although if we do then a nod to Jenni's near relatives would be better than connecting to someone of 1,000 years ago. (anyone fancy calling themselves Cnut, AEthelfrith, Bede or Cuthbert? How about Eric Bloodaxe? All common names up here 1,000 years ago)

So Jenni calling herself something connected to the Tornado Twins makes more sense.

As for costume, I like cobies idea of a mini skirt

Runners do tend to wear shorts tho, so why not?
In terms of colour, I have nothing against the blue but neither am I desperate to keep it. Red might look good, as would yellow, but I would wonder if yellow might not make her too much of a visible target?

i gotta agree, with the exception of Hermes, and the FTL masscot guy and Jay are the only people that can rock the hat with out haveing the Fab5 go "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!!" ;-P

I don't care much for the hair or costume either, but I think she should cut her hair short. Long hair would just be in the way for a runner. I hate the emblem too. why not a Flashlike emblem?

I never liked the Red Tornado, but something to tie her into the Tornado Twins might be good. How about just Tornado? Or Cyclone? Twister? Gale? Mariah? Okay, now I'm getting silly, but I never did like "XS" either.

I don't really have a problem with Xs' uniform as it stands right now. I take that back... there's no way a speedster should wear floppy boot cuffs and floppy glove cuffs. Long hair would definitely be out, and no capes. Skin tight is good, but not so much that it inhibits movement. Oh yeah, no hats at supersonic speeds either... As far as colors go, I would think something subdued would be in order. It seems that a speedster's uniform should be more utilitarian than eye catching.

That's just my take on what the speedster uniform in general should and should not be.

If all else fails, I'd settle for topless.

Helmet sure... Helmut sure, but that implies something that is strapped on for safety. You guys have been talking "little winged hats" and I just don't see how those stay on at top speeds.

I don't mind the XS moniker, partly because it plays on the word, "excess", but why couldn't it also stand for "extra speed"?

I too want the mullet chopped and just have a sleek short cut.

Why can't we compromise on the colour scheme and have deep blue and red. Now that Colossal Boy is dead, why can't his colours be used on XS?
