Thanks guys! I'll try to post some more pics!
FC, we had a sit-down 6 course meal:
(1) Cocktail hour with appetziers on trays -- all very good, we had many compliments. The big hit was scallops wrapped in bacon and also 'petite lamb chops' which I added at the reccomendation of the Reception manager and am glad I did!
(2) Stuffed portabella mushrooms with gorgonzola
(3) Salad (some fancy mixed greens thingy)
(4) Penne a la vodka
(5) Dinner, with (3) choices: Chicken Francaise, Smoked Salmon or Filet Mignon (bacon wrapped). They all came with garlic mashed potatoes and brocoli w/butter.
(6) Wedding cake
Never in a million years did I think I'd spend such a considerable amount of time figuring out the above with Lady Cobalt in preperation for the wedding.
