Cobie, my modesty often tempers disclosure of the true nature of my Legion World holdings. You don't think that just one construction company built all the establishments on LW, do you? My company is small, but exclusive, and only takes on prestige projects. You may know some of them --- SHAKES, SHAMELESS HUSSIES BAR, Mount Eruptus (no, the fabled volcano is not a natural formation). Why we even consulted with his excellency, former Legion World Leader STU during the construction of his legendary mansion. Perhaps you have a small project of your own in mind? (But keep this too yourself, please. Semi Construction Fellows doesn't want to be swamped with requests.)

Tell me what your facilities requirements are and I'll get Semi Construction Fellows right on it. A location near Mt. Eruptus would be ideal. You could tap into the magma heat source.

I need a forge, a couple of tongs (off-center, wolf jaw), some hammers (Czech hammer, raising hammer, planishing hammer, stretching hammer, hollowing hammer), swage blocks, art gilders paste, an angle grinder, some wire brushes (cup and crimped), rulers, an anvil/vise, a level, tape measures, wire hand brushes, and, well, I could go on. Dates on Mt. Eruptus are usually quite explosive. We're building a lava proof lounge up there. It can be accessed by a tesseract door from SHAKES.
