I'd like to see something based on writing rather than sex and violence. a remake that goes back in style rather than getting the full hollywood remake treatment where everyone cast is now hot, shirtless, and a ninja.
like Murder She Wrote. or Prime Suspect !!! (it was from the 80s and had helen mirren as a detective for those who dont know)
sapbm : takin it way back.
What non-superhero comic do you want to see get the TV series treatment next?

Shit the Dog.
(Yes, there is such a comic. Created by no less than Alan Grant & Simon Bisley.)
SAPBM,
What TV series, current or cancelled, should have a comic book based on it?

There is no such things as giraffe's. They are all part of a mass government induced LSD experiment...I mean look at those necks, totally perposterous and unbelieveable! I choose a nice sensable creature, the Platapus SAPBM, What person (current and real) belongs in a zoo?

Which would you rather mankind have first, flying cars? Or the ability to colonize the Solar System?

Colonize the Solar System. Cars are part of what put this planet in the mess it's in.
SAPBM,
Which would you rather mankind have first, anti-gravity belts or nine delicious flavors from nine delicious planets?

Dr Mccoy, from TOS Star Trek. Sage advice, sarcasm and a pinch of crotchetiness. At least that's what friends and family tell me.

Joel Fleischman from "Northern Exposure": neurotic, anxiety-filled guy who finds only stress in holding on to his rigid ways, but eventually discovers peace in going with the flow of the weirdness all around him.
SAPBM,
Same question (good one!)

you know, I always wanted to be the Scotty or the Beverly Crusher from Star Trek .... the smart one who got the job done while everyone else was galavanting. my sense of humor is really dark like Cara the Mord Sith's from Legend of the Seeker.
But I'd have to say i'm probably most like Anya from Buffy. a bit mixed up but she tries heroically. I'm very tenacious. and clever like her. she's not the most scientific person but she can solve problems elegantly by just getting to the root.
SAPBM, let's revisit this one cause i'd like to answer it someday.
If you could be part of any book, which book would you be in?

Assuming that comics are allowed, I'd be part of Superboy & the LSH circa 1973/74. The Legion has always represented my ultimate fantasy of what a hero team should be, and I'd love to have any power (yes, even Bouncing Boy's!) to be a member of that group when Bates and Cockrum (and then Grell) were revitalizing it.
SAPBM,
Same wonderful question!

why thank you .... don't mind if i do.
an Aes Sedai from Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series. (i know they're all women but they used to have males.) why might be too long of a story but, basically they're super smart, heroic, and down on their luck. elemental powers don't hurt either.
SAPBM let's flip it:
If you could be part of any movie, which movie would you be in?

Hmmm...from the way its worded there's two ways top answer that question.
I'll take it as play a role, in which case I'd be part of my favorite horror franchaise "Hellraiser"
Of course I would play the role of the Engineer (Pinhead)
SAPBM,
its a good question, so same?

Seems I missed a few post My apologies K-E-N-T. BAck to the question at hand. I'd love to be Spock in Star Trek II. A noble death (even though he had an out.)

Assuming I wouldn't have to kiss Matthew McConaughey, I'd fill in as a male variant of Dr. Arroway in Contact.
SAPBM, same Q (obviously, since this is edited after the fact.... although I could mess with Cobie... hmmm.....)
The childhood friend Exnihil never had.
