What's so great about Tuesday, Lash? Mind you, I'm off on Tuesday, but I'm also off Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Then I work on the weekend and begin my new bank job next Monday.

No Doubt it will be a good CD. Have you heard any tracks off of it? I almost never turn on the radio so I wouldn't know.

Ferro, I've heard the first single "What You Waiting For", and it is AWESOME. It's very 1980s in a good way. I'm pretty sure Gwen's going to be working with a myriad of musical styles on her new CD though.

My OTHER fave songbird is Lucinda Williams, and you aren't going to get much more folksy-alt-country than that. She has a double-Live CD coming out soon!
I love that Kelis song too, Polar Boy.

I hardly know any of her music, either, PB. It's just that I don't listen to the radio and spend as little time as possible in clubs. To be brutally honest, part of my renewed interest in country music came from watching a show about the 20 sexiest male country music singers.  I can't be bothered watching any other music channels long enough to get through all the c-rap.

Well, to be fair to me, Kylie wasn't the megastar here that she was in Europe & Austrailia. She had absolutely ZILCH radio-play here between "Loco-Motion" and "Can't Get You Out of My Head".
But the FEVER cd is so awesome, I'd be willing to try out any of her other stuff.

I like Kylie, and also to be fair, she was an actress and dancer, she wasn't trained to be a singer (I believe), you can actually find her in some unique movies before she became a singer.
