A topic to talk and fantasize about any particular commission you ever hope to get of any Legionnaire by any artist. At conventions or ordered online.

Why? Because I'm curious as to what some of you guys ever think about getting from certain artists. Which particular Legionnaire you hope to get immortalized by a favorite artist, or any Legion character. And, what about commishes you wish you could get from artists who are no longer living? And maybe we can give each other ideas for conventions.

Well, does anyone want to start the ball rolling?

I don't think I've ever seen a picture of Princess Projectra by Adam Hughes. I'd like to see that.

I'd like to see Kinetix by Adam Warren. His manga look would be perfect for her.

An action sequence with Timber Wolf, a few other random Legionnaires, and his character Belladonna fighting some random bad-guys, by Dave Cockrum.

A Steve Lightle drawing of the various Legion tryouts members from Baxter 38 either doing tryout stuff, or in an action sequence (especially 'Tiger Girl').

I'd actually like a Tiger Girl commission from Lightle.

And, I'd want a pin-up of each version of Lightning Lad from Joe Prado. Except 5YL Garth, since that's basically Proty.

I can't list all my potential subjects for a commission, because you'd be here for a week.

But I totally want Jaime Hernandez to draw them, whoever they might be.

I could, I've got an entire wish list for commissions and which artist. I can count how many characters, but so far the artist number is up to 96.

Okay, that would be hilariously meta and/or 3rd wall-ish. Get the artist of your choice to draw themselves being drawn by one of the characters.

I DID have an idea to have someone do a recreation of the Blackest Night 3 cover, only it has Johns in place of Black Hand, and the rest of the Black Lanterns are the artists who worked on it.

For me, since we're doing "wish lists", I'd love to have seen Lou Fine draw Mon-El (in action). I've only recently become obsessed with his artwork and his stuff was just so iconic.

One other thing, this topic can also give people ideas on what fellow Legion Worlders would like to see in terms of commissions and con sketches, so that way if they ever go to a convention and meet that certain artist, they know what to ask.

Well I'm going to MegaCon in 2 weeks and I want to get Amanda Conner to do Princess Projectra in her 70's costume. I figure she'd do a great job on the open front and lace sleeves. If she can make Vartox sexy as hell, just imagine what she can do for Projectra!

To me, that was not so much "sexy" as it was "John Waters-level horrifying".

Oh....maybe I can talk her into doing Divine in one issue of Power Girl.
