I hate shopping for anything other than comic books, other art-related things (movies, etc.) and beer. It causes me great anguish to enter a 'Bed, Bath & Beyond' or even a grocery store.

As an adult on my own, I have never had:
a tv larger than 13 inch,
cable or direct tv,
other than dial-up internet,
a game console of any type (except pong),
a cell phone.
I did just buy a game controller (???) so that I could play Prince of Persia trilogy on my computer without wearing out the keyboard. These game controllers must be the gateway drug of consumer electronics because lately I've been thinking...
