I don't think most keyboards have the cent sign. I rarely see the sign in use anymore, except in menu signs.
But you can probably still find it if your computer has a character map.

Since "The Long, Long Trailer" is on Turner Classic Movies right now, I have the song "Everything Right Is Wrong Again" by They Might Be Giants stuck in my head. I love that first TMBG album best of anything they ever did really.

The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."

I've needed to sneeze all day, and haven't, and I felt one coming on, a really big one, and I tried to hold it for just a split second as I rotated my chair to get a tissue, and then the sneeze got stifled. ARRGGHHH!

Vincent Gardenia who played neighbor Frank Lorenzo in All in the Family also played neighbor Jim Bowman who sold his house to the Jeffersons.
He also played, in the series, swinger Curtis Rempley. His wife, was played by Rue McClanahan, who also played the neighbor of Edith's cousin Maude in the spin-off series "Maude".

The print hanging on the wall over my computer tells me that the 3 ships of the Cunard Line were the "Mauretania," the "Berengaria," and the "Aquitania".

My Dad goes by his middle name, Wade. My father-in-law goes by his middle name, Wade. When my mother-in-law was pregnant with my wife, they were expecting a boy, which was to be named David Wade. My name...is David Wade.

Dan DiDio's last name means "Of God" in Italian. Funny, I woulda thought it meant full of... Never mind.
Interestingly, "Dan" is Hebrew for "Arbiter," which, according to one definition is "Any person who has the power of judging and determining, or ordaining, without control; one whose power of deciding and governing is not limited."
Hmm.

Banksia ericifolia is a species of woody shrub of the Proteaceae family native to Australia; it occurs in two separate regions of Central and Northern New South Wales east of the Great Dividing Range. Well known for its orange or red autumn inflorescences, which contrast with its green fine-leaved heath-like foliage, it is generally encountered as a medium to large shrub that can reach 6 m (20 ft) high and wide, though is usually half that size. In exposed heathlands and coastal areas it is more often 1–2 m (3–7 ft). Banksia ericifolia was one of the original Banksia species collected by Joseph Banks around Botany Bay in 1770 and was named by Carl Linnaeus the Younger, son of Carolus Linnaeus, in 1782. Banksia ericifolia has been widely grown in Australian gardens on the east coast for many years as well as being used to a limited extent in the cut flower industry. Compact dwarf cultivars such as Banksia 'Little Eric' have become more popular in recent years with the trend toward smaller gardens.

The "Spanish Flu" of 1918, which killed at least 50 million people world-wide, originated in Kansas, not Spain.
