As for something completely random, I've now decided that during the next roleplay I'm making it my duty to cover page one with at least as many thread as inane/game threads in a daily competition with Reboot

(At least, til my attention span wanders off by day two).

The almond's closest relatives in the fruit kingdom are the other 'stone fruit' including peaches, apricots, plums, and cherries.

Some seeds have evolved an outer coating so tough that they can't break out of it on their own. They need to be partially digested (or otherwise have that coating worn or burned or eaten away) to 'crack their armor.'

To prevent them from being *fully* digested, some are toxic. Any bird with stomach acids strong enough to digest apple seeds will die of cyanide poisoning!

I really like Weetabix.

Me too, they're great for cleaning the rust off the bumper.

On another note, we're having a local memorial for the friend I mentioned earlier in the thread and I'm to give a eulogy. Ugh.

Anyone know any good funeral jokes, preferably in Spanish?
