I do agree, though, that the Legion should have their own rogues gallery, instead of using baddies from the 21st century. I am quite weary of the rehashed villains. Maybe some of Shooter's villains could be reconstituted? He certainly created enough of them.

Now, someone remind me...what happened the last time Val and Hart got together? I think this could be a little clue as to who the blond guy in green might be. "Hey Jim! Get Mon out of the Zone!! And...when do we get Condo back?"
