Rawk! Its weird seeing characters you've designed taken on by different people...
I was going to do something with a pencil or pen aswell...but couldnt figure out what.
I might have another play around.

This is a very rough work in progress...Im going to redraw it, because A: I need to fit Cali in, and B: Im not happy with either Frio or the founders at the top...I was working from memory though, and I think I caught it (I think its safe to assume you guys realise where I took my inspiration from  )

I did this in one those rare moods that I have where I want to be a little more Detailed....anywho, this is Semi-Transperant fellow, as requested by Quislet Esq.  for this one, as suggested by Cobalt Kid, I triiiied to stick to taking my inspiration from the Avatar, but couldnt stop the ruffles looking goofy...So I made them a scarf Erik Davis Ester:  And Finally, Lash...I tried to stick to the MEL motif, but he ended up looking really sporty.  Also, As I finish these I add them to a big team pic that Im working on, where they look alot better...once its done, Ill post it

these are really great redesigns Joeboy, and i'm glad you got the hosting think sorted because a lot of them did not load for me until now.
Cramer, Arachne and the ponytailed Loser are my favourites of the last batch. But i think the Quislet is the best of the lot so far, especially with Lou's colours.
I know you got a lot of work on but a Joeboy re imagining of Faraway would be nice to see.

Well Thanks Im never happy with my stuff though...which is Typical of anyone I guess. Though, with Loser Lads Coloring...its like they arent my sketches anymore!... In Anycase, coming tomorow will be Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl, and another Arachne.

I did this at the laundramat last night (the first time I've sketched at the laundramat in AGES). It turned out different than my original design that I was having trouble with, but it turns out that's okay because I ended up liking this one much better anyhow The first is the black & white, perfect for anyone out there who gets the urge to give it some cool color.  The second is just a quick pencil coloring, just to give some idea of how I envisioned the colored sections to be. The colors aren't set in stone... feel free to change them or rearrange them. This is mostly just to give an idea of where I saw color being and where I felt it should be left white.

I hope I'm an intricate part of the origin of that costume BTW- love your Dean! Three cool pics of Sketch Lad by Dean, Cru and Joeboy--nice! Love all the recent additions, and I'm glad to see Dean in the fray! Joeboy, you're art is blowing us away, if you didn't guess  At this rate, we'll have pics of a large portion of the LMB!
