I just read this, really enjoyable and as everyone said, feels like it could have been written at the time!

Also strangely prescient given Lu's powers nowadays..!

I really enjoyed this the first time a few years back and thoroughly enjoyed rereading it, its a great short story with well written characters. Thanks for bringing this back up to page 1.

Legion Worlds NINE - wait, there's even more ongoing amazing adventures? Yup, and you'll only find them in the Bits o' Legionnaire Business Forum.

He Who, I just read this for the first time. I must have been absent from Legion World when it got bumped up in 2012, or just not paying attention.

I love it. You totally captured the spirit of the Cockrum/Grell era Legion, only you went one better by giving us a generous helping of Legionnaires.

Lyle getting to really enjoy life one last time is bittersweet, as I imagine you intended. Nice portrayals of Brainy and Tenz, too.

I know you're a busy man and you're doing your own thing with you novels, but I hope one day when you find a window of time, you might consider writing another Legion fanfic.

Good show.

Thanks, Fanfie. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Invisible Kid is a character who has always stayed with me for a number of reasons, so, you're right: Part of what I wanted to do was give him some enjoyment in life before he died.

What a nice story. Both Lyle and Myriad are amazingly well-written here. Poor Lyle, learning to relax a bit such a short time before his death... and poor Myriad too. Brainy gave her a shot though. I very much enjoyed this.

I liked this a lot. It brought me back to that moment in Legion history - nicely placed, good characterization. Felt like it belonged there

Thanks for bumping it up!

If anyone's interested, I've been serializing the story on my blog with a few minor changes.
