Obviously, you're right. The other guy was a background character in a comic worked on by a artist who's done the Legion (meaning an artist who has done at least one issue of a "proper" LSH title, rather than someone who's associated with the Legion!), but the character is not from his LSH work, and the combination of that and the background nature is why I'd be falling-over-shocked if anyone pinpointed him

Incidentally, I did a simplified version of Quetzal to match the costume Cockrum actually designed, since "why not?" - it wasn't much effort to remove the zips and so forth (I put the side-zips in because there's no way she could possibly wear anything with conventional arm-holes!). Might as well attach that while I'm here...

Honest, no Quetzal's pretty distinct and I can still remember some of the characters from that Cockrum sketch very clearly - besides Nightcrawler and Quetzal, Trio is the other one.

We'd just been discussing the Storm lookalike recently - I think in either the Legion Reference thread or Legion Idol.

And Retro's very pale look is distinct, and he's easier to remember because he's one of the very few named Legion Cadets in the Postboot.
