Now might be a good time to tell him what you want to see upon his return to the LSH!


Me? I wouldn't mind some lightheartedness mixed in with the drama and action, a promise that he will continue his old style of multiple plot stuff (this was a GREAT way to show the most Legionnaires in a single issue), more of his awesomely choreographed battle scenes (I think he's a master of this), and-- if he's reread the LSH history since he's been gone-- more usage of characters he might not have used to care for or think about much (like Matter-ater Lad and Infectious Lass)!

I would really, really, REALLY like to know that Graym and Garridan Ranzz still exist.

And I'd like to see a bit more of LL acting like a dad, but a bit mixed with his current personality. That should be funny.

Aliens, Amazons, Omega Men and most importantly of all Gorillas!

Give Superboy-Prime and Earth-Man a rest for a looooooong time, and I'll be happy. Especially S-Prime.

Avoid too many topical ties to the 21st C (like Black Lanterns, etc) - remember Laurel Kent? They're just rugs waiting to be pulled out from under us.

Ditto Re: Graym and Garridan. Omit the Validus bit, though.

Resolve the when did the old continuity cut off issue. What did happen post crisis and what didn't

Resolve the issue of Supergirl

Resolve the pre-Crisis Jimmy Olsen Legion links

Resolve the LSH/Superboy in Smallville appearances

Sort out the Starman suit/Legion of three worlds first meeting

Resolve the status of Pol Krinn

Show the history of this Legion since the original Crisis - when and how did Lydda/Yera/Myg join.

Resolve the revival of Karate Kid

Resolve the 'Infectios Lass was in the Legion' claim in Tales of the Unexpected and get her back in the 31stC

Get all Legionnaires back in 31stC

Cure Thom and NEVER bring it up again.

Cure Color Kid

What happened to Glorith

What happened to Dragonmage - was he a Legionnaire

bring back Dannielle Foccart

Reprise and resolve Rokk and Lydda

At least reveal wher M-E Lad/Quislet and Tyroc are

Do all the continuity stuff in a Who's Who or Secrets of the Legion style mini-series instead of the main book.

Explore more alien worlds (old and new), something else he always did great.

I think once continuity problems are resolved, hopefully on a seperate comic or annual, then be done with it for a long while.

Could I add, "Please resolve it quickly and succinctly." I'd even settle for, "Then Nura woke up, and it was alllllllll just a bad dream." I'm not proud.

I'd prefer a de-emphasis on world-shattering crossover multi-epics for a while, too.

Pretty much everything Silver Age Lad said, plus let us know if Imra and Garth were ever married and had a kid in this Johnsboot Legion.

Yanno, minor stuff that Geoff 'What Me, Continuity?' Johns couldn't be bothered to look up before retconning the Legion yet again.

I'd love for most of Johns pointless retcons (such as Mekt and Mordru being villains again) to be explained as a result of the Time Trapper's meddling and retro-booted right back to whatever corner of his mind they came from.

Not that I expect him to read this, but here's what I want:

- don't resolve any continuity issues
- do about a year and a half of done-in-one stories before even thinking about so much as a three-issue story. And remove the phrase "sixteen issue mega-arc" from your vocabulary

Undo Brin's plastic surgery,let him revert back to the Cockrum Look.

Brainy and Kara somehow.

Put Drake back in the Cockrum suit.

Laurel Kent found,Manhunter robot not her,just replaced her.

Fix Dev-em character,and bring him back.

Retcon Tyroc and his powers,you could make him like Hiro from Heroes,teleportion through time and space,maybe he came from the past,that would go a long way in explaining his origin.

Bring back Val Armorr,and keep Giffen away from him,maybe you could make him a 31st century version of the Resurection Man.

While your at it maybe you could bring back Lyle Norg as a 31st century version of Deadman.

How about Mini's for the Heroes of Lallor,an expanded Legion Academy the next generation of young heroes in the 31st century,the Substitutes,and the Wanderers.

Sci-Fi Super Hero Adventure,alternate Earth's(52),surely theres more than 4 0r 5 Legions out there,Time Travel the works,if it was up to me I'd have 5 Legion related title published every month!

- make the focus of the series the Legionnaires rather than the whole 31st century;
- avoid yet another massive hidden conspiracy or distopia
