I'm archiving some of my art in the various museums...

I originally made this poster with a MUCH smaller photo and put it somewhere else.

I love the photos that need almost no work to fit right in here!

I have two Lampreys in the Forte section - how she might have looked with him and how she originally, a little, like she looked when she WAS introduced as a cadet, if I remember right, anyway.

This version is closer to her later incarnation.
I like the teal idea better than the green and the eyes are a subtle yellow.

Night Wind and Lamprey have always fascinated me.
I can't get enough of them, particularly since we see them so little.

I really like this one, even though I couldn't resist giving Dingo a Scooby-doo speech impediment!
And I love how the photo looks like his mouth is talking!
The painting process enhansed the effect.


The picture is one of Sketch's Dingo pictures that he posted on the Pets thread.

I love how the blue forum space frames the blue in the borders and text.
I also like how the text font gives Dingo a sophisticated sound to his 'doggie' accent!
That's a happy accident since I couldn't figure out how to actually CHANGE the font.

Did it eat his baby?

Absolutely!

Here's a slightly more exciting version of one of my favorite cadets.
I think the coloring is more in keeping with the 'night' part of her name, as well.



No credits were given to this Chinese Fashion Show picture.

I love this one and how she came about.
I just wish she was as wonderful of a character as she is visually beautiful and unique.

Between the two of them Comet Queen is the way to go. I mean, totally to c-speed.

She has a bellybutton, you know.
I don't know if CQ actually does, but I thought it was kind of cute.

Okay.
I get excited about presenting something and jump the gun, posting before I really step back and judge things.
sigh

So, I've made some adjustments to CQ to make her a little more like the original drawings of her and to add a little interest.
I like her even better now.
Go figure.
