I'm utterly exhausted but extremely happy.
Today was my daughter's wedding. It was wonderful. A number of people said it was the friendliest wedding they had ever been too. More importantly she is married to a wonderful guy. Bonus we really like his parents and he wants to to be a part of our lives going forward. Even called me Dad.
Not sure what else to say. Feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Great stuff.

Thanks everyone. Sorry I had to take a few days off to recover.
Oh and now they are having their honeymoon in the path of a cyclone. (Well not exactly, they are a a bit south of it but in the Southern hemisphere they rotate clockwise which means coming onto the eastern shore they have the most rain in the south. They should be perfectly safe but their sunny beach honeymoon is very wet. Oh well they are making the best of it. Today they went to the water park since they were going to get wet anyway. Other wise I guess they will just have to explore indoor activities.)

I much manly-ied today for my mom. She's had a back porch that was rotting and falling in, and today I, Dr. Destructo, go busy with my crowbar, pry bar and flat pry and wentah rampagiin'. I've talked to her and brought up instead of coming back with wood that takes so much work, to instead do quickrete pavers that I will make and put down. Form only costs about forty bucks, the bags of quickrete will run about $7 bucks, and I can do the manyul laber mushef. So, I got an early start, knocked out the complete section I will be doing (she will still have a raised wooden portion, but much shorter. I've got some ideas about pvc posts that can be used to hang an awning of cloth. Gotta make it purdy fer ma. Clincher was when the lovely and talented Carol, mah wife, pitched in with a few design ideas.
Ah feel ah grunt snort scratch sniff horck patooie comin' on.
What makes this so good is that 1) I wasn't feeling like just the thought of doing anything was exhausting, 2) I actually got work done and 3) since I changed a couple of meds, I'm getting my drive, my energy, and my will back.
Check yer meds, folks. Mine was a statin.
