yes it is! she only appeared in one story in the Reboot, but she rocked it. I already liked her look and powers Preboot, but the Reboot one is my fave version

I thought she was great as a drill sergeant in the 5YL era. Though, sadly, she died in the next issue. Darned Khunds.
I'm thinking of a DCU character.
