Since they seem to coincide with a current storyline or event outside of comics, it might happen when the Legion return to modern publishing or get some animation or movie news.
They did print the "Millennium Edition: Adventure Comics No. 247" which was basically the same thing (and I am happy to say I own) but that was back in 2000 so about time they printed it in the current run of facsimile editions.
