In Wonder Woman #106, dated May 1959, we meet Rrara, from the Chameleon Planet, who exchanges places with Wonder Girl for 24 hours.

At the end of the story, she is trapped on Paradise Island until they can figure out how to get her home, though she apparently never reappears.

Though she and the other inhabitants of her planet are presented as looking human in their natural form, could this be an early appearance of Durlans?

The "--It's only an illusion--" bit makes it hard to reconcile with Durlan abilities. But maybe?

BTW, I assume Wonder Girl at this point was still just Diana as a teen instead of Donna Troy? I only learned that factoid a few years ago, but I think Donna was not introduced until the '60s for Teen Titans?

The "illusion" line is a bit weird, but her people are depicted as actually changing shape to protect themselves from a meteor shower as well.

And, yeah, this is a flashback to Diana's teenage years.
