Mirage? I don't think her powers were tech-based, but I think she and all of the "Team Titans" had work a future-tech wristband.

Great question. I only vaguely remember the series, but they did make a point of having every Titan ever make some sort of appearance, kind of like what they did with Legionnaires in Legion of 3 Worlds.
