- is a human being from Earth

- debuted before COIE
- is originally from the Earth-1 universe
- is generally considered heroic although some might debate this
- does not have powers beyond those of a normal human being
- has been a member of a team of super-powered characters
- has never been considered a super-team sidekick
- does not wear a superhero type costume
- has adventures that mostly take place in the time period during which they were published

Has your character been a member of the Justice League? Not that I am aware of. was your character born in the present, relative to when his adventures were published? I had to think about what this question means. They were born a couple of decades at a guess before their first appearance, i.e. their appearances were in the present in the same way as most of their contemporaries.
