when the Legion first encountered the Blight (or rather, encountered the after-effects of the Blight without meeting the Blight themselves), each member of that team spoke about their history and why they joined the Legion... except one. Which Legionnaire didn't get their little spotlight moment?

Clue: the story was in the Secret Files 2 issue. Why would a bunch of Legionnaires be featured and have their little moment? And why would one Legionnaire appear in the story, but not have their moment?

I can think of why certain Legionnaires would be spotlighted - they're the new ones who joined after the first Secret Files - but not why one particular one would appear and not have their moment.

Live wire? CMK is right on which is why I'm going with the older Legionnaires. Like I said it's a Blight story so I checked out.

Live Wire is correct!
indeed, Secret Files 2 featured the newer Legionnaires. in this particular story, Live Wire was included because they needed his powers to create a signal flare. Conveniently, they knocked him out in the middle, while the other Legionnaires were having their little moments.
couple exceptions: Brainiac 5 wasn't a new Legionnaire, but was in the story and had his moment - because he had just been transformed by the Anomaly. Making him the only Legionnaire to have bios in both Secret Files 1 and 2.
Also a footnote: Sensor and Umbra joined together, but only Sensor had her moment/was in the story... because Umbra already had her bio in Secret Files 1.
