Phantom Girl is the last legionnaire!
The inside is a bit different to the cover. On the cover they actually ripped their costumes apart to get the emblems off. Saturn Girl was in the back row and had her other hand demurely over where her symbol would have been. Oh and they were crying. (How terrible that Bouncing boy should show us up! Poor things. My heart bleeds.)
Inside there are no tears even though they are somewhat surprised at BB's win, and the emblems alone are ripped off their costumes as if they were individually sewn on. In fact the artist left dotted outlines behind as if it was the stitching, so no skin revealed inside. I was pleased to see that when we saw the front of two legionnaires in two panels on the last page, they were missing their emblems, although since one of them was Superboy and his costume has that famous indestructability it was a bit strange.
Your turn Ibby and well deserved since not only did you guess the last legionnaire but all 6.

Ibby named two, Phantom Girl as Phyllis Groves and Triplicate Girl as Tina Glenn, and Korbal named the third, Shrinking Violet as Sharon Vaughn.
Lois is giving a talk at her fan club when the three ladies approach her claiming to be inspired by her to pursue journalism and ask if they could join the club by writing news stories. Lois invites them to join her on her "nurse for a day". She has a few accidents which all seem to have "luckily" fixed themselves and deduces the ladies true identities. They explain that they are in the past to gather data for a Superman Encyclopaedia on Superman-related fan clubs. After congratulating her on figuring out who they are they then explain that since their history has no mention of this event they wipe her memory. At the end of the day they present their stories to her. She compliments them on their accurate recitation of the facts but rejects their accounts because they missed the human interest component, her luckiest day. So she rejects their application for membership and they walk sadly away.
