BKL has it! in SLSH 253 - The Night of the Super Assassins - the evil group (including Blok) attack a Legion squad seemingly killing several of them. Neutrax specifically seemingly kills Tinya right in front of Jo's eyes then brags about it before he gets taken out by a combo of Neutrax and Titania.

Threeboot Element Lad created kryptonite which worked on Superboy-Prime, proving that the Threeboot Legion were from his Earth? Correct! I always thought it was a strange choice for a twist. It takes away the uniqueness of Superboy-Prime being the only hero in his universe if the future is full of them.
