Hmm. Another cousin suggests another sibling of either Jor-El or Lara. Oops no, has to be Jor-El to also be cousin of Kara.
I can't think of any but perhaps was Dev-Em a cousin?

As the son of Jor-El's twin brother, Nim-El, Don-El was a resident of Kandor, when his cousin rescued the city from Brainiac. Don-El was first seen in JO #60 as a member of the Superman Emergency Squad, as he bore a strong resemblance to his cousin Kal-El. Later he became the Police Chief of Kandor, and the Jim Gordon figure for Nightwing and Flamebird during the duo's run in SUPERMAN FAMILY. Don-El once became delusional and escaped Kandor believing he was actually Superman. His cousin disguised himself as members of his own rogue's gallery and the cousins battled until he recovered his true self. Presumably, Don-El was among the rest of his people when they were returned to normal stature on Rokyn.

Total guess. I almost put Don-El, the Mighty Duck from Krypton.
Cool choice Korbal! I know a fair bit of the earlier Superman lore but that one was completely new to me. Great to learn.
One time Superman teamed up with another hero to defend Earth from an approaching space seed, but the seed gives them both amnesia and they both deduce separately that they are the other hero. Which hero did Superman believe himself to be?
