correct event, wrong issue (that was LSH 100!) but you got the event, so I'll give it to you  Zoe did like the cape enough to also wear it to the inauguration of Legion Outpost Allon (also LSH 100), but she gave the cape to a grateful Monstress at the start of that!

Ok new question - Long before Jo thought Tinya was dead in 5YL, he thought he saw her killed in front of his eyes. Who was the perpetrator?
