As an additional clue the 2 remaining unguessed legionnaires both achieved the action during 5YL and 1 during the Retroboot.

It involves a classic struggle that most versions of the Legion have had.

Yes you got it! Well you got the reason mostly and 5 out of 6 so that's close enough.

The six each defeated Mordru by themselves (which is why I excluded the Reboot because although that victory was terrific it was very much a team effort).

Mon-El explained to Shady how he and Superboy defeated Mordru in a flashback in his first appearance. (So they double-teamed but close enough.)
Element Lad buried him in orbit by transforming random Hydrogen atoms inot dirt (and apparently multiplying their density enormously but we won;t mention that).
Star Boy defeated him by causing the castle he was in to become super-heavy and collapse.
Devlin defeated him by calling him a cuckold.
Mysa finished him off in that same battle and of course in Lo3W.

The addtional kind-of were Rond who defeated him in the Mordruverse by convincing Glorith to re-establish the Legion timeline, Ultra Boy by tricking him into fighting Glorith in the retcon 5YL timeline, and Cos by convincing him - over dinner - that Mordru wasn't ready to face the UP and the Legion yet.

Star Boy and Element Lad were the key for me - I still remember the Great Darkness Saga, where Element Lad formed a mission team including Brainiac 5 and Star Boy to check on Mordru, because they had been instrumental in defeating Mordru before (I think it was Brainy who gave Jan the transmutation idea)
