Yes please  though I’m thinking - are these Legionnaires who have different status based on the version of the team? Also some more scattershot guessing Dragonmage White Witch Spider-Girl Mon-El Rond vidar

Sorry, not the connection I was thinking of. Also you have tried Dragonmage and Spider-Girl before so White Witch was the only new one (although admittedly it can be hard to keep track).
Two Clues:
1 - the remaining three legionnaires come from the 5YL, Retroboot, and Fourboot eras.
2 - the connection definitely appears in the Legion stories but involves something in the wider DC Universe.

I am thinking of a group of 5 legionnaires - (plus another 3 kind-of).
This is restricted to Pre-Crisis, Post-Crisis, 5YL, and Retroboot legionnaires, for reasons that will be revealed closer to the answer.
