a clue: both were Reboot Legionnaire homeworlds... (that is, both had a Legionnaire in the Reboot). and the wording of my question also contains a clue for one of them! (maybe for both, if you take that Legionnaire's personality as representative of their homeworld...)

the clue in my question is very subtle... but posting it again. hint: the question gives a small clue as to the 2nd planet, assuming the Legionnaire from there has a personality representative of the planet as a whole.
there is also a clue about Durla here: the "form" part.

during the early days of the Reboot United Planets, we see two delegates arguing about the form the government would take. Which planets did they represent?

"Was it Gim or was it Brin, Stole that pizza away just then? Which of those naughty legionnaire men? Was it Gim or was it Brin?
It was Brin! It was Brin!"
(The song was for Thoth and maybe raz. Doubt if anyone else will get it.)
Your turn Ibby.
I feel like my brain is right on the verge of knowing what this is but it's not clueing me in lol....you should tell us so I can feel dumb about not getting it
I might be mistaken raz but I thought I remembered you stating once that you were a fellow Aussie. Maybe you were just visiting or my brain is fuzzed with age.
Bill & Ben Flowerpot Men was a BBC children's TV Puppet show that I remember well from my childhood, as it was also broadcast in Australia and probably some other Commonwealth countries. It was made in 1952 but repeated frequently over the next 20 years. (I'm not quite that old!) There was a stop-motion revival made in 2001.
Every episode the Flowerpot Men would do something silly and then their friend the little Weed would sing the song asking which Flowerpot Men did whatever.
You can watch an episode on Youtube. It's about 15 minutes long and the song is about 11 minutes in.
As for the question, this is still in the only read once category but - did the Bizarros reason that since the Legion protected Brande, they should do the opposite? (Probably not - too easy)
