Not a traditional zombie. She did appear to die and came back looking different but not mindless. She had a "Super" name which is what I was looking for, but an accurate description of her new self will work.

I read this character's bio once, but cannot remember the name or kind of being.

Well, I think I'll call it and give it to Ibby.
The name is Mayhem (chaos is a sort of synonym). She died and came back as a green-skinned woman with talons who was surrounded by green poisonous vapors turn into gas and fly. I've always had a weak spot for Cloak and Dagger and thought the tv show was pretty good.

Clarification: when I say fandom related event, I mean it was something that happened in Toyman's personal life that has connections to real life fandom as opposed to a comic event.
