My character is everyone's favorite retconned-in arch-enemy of Mr. Terrific, the Spirit King!

Fun fact: his real name of Roger Romaine was also used for the Gadgeteer, an enemy of Commander Steel! Both were created by Gerry Conway, though it's not clear if any connection between them was intended.
