My character has a sidekick.

Human being from Earth who considers himself male
Has powers beyond those of a normal human being
Debuted prior to the debut of Barry Allen, which was in turn prior to the Crisis on Infinite Earths
From one of the Earths that merged at the end of the Crisis on Infinite Earths, specifically, Earth-2 and not Earth-1
Generally considered heroic
My character has been on the roster of a particular team which is not the Justice Society and not any team other than the All-Star Squadron
Attended the first general meeting of the All-Star Squadron as depicted in All-Star Squadron # 31
Neither Air Wave nor TNT
Sometimes wears a cape

Is your character generally considered heroic? Alas, my character is not generally considered heroic. Did your character debut before COIE? My character made the scene prior to COIE.

--is not heroic and is an enemy of a member of the JSA.
