I'm not sure of the connection. There is a strong suggestion of the Supers and or a Superman connection (Jimmy for example) but not others that might have been included (Ultra Boy). Still guessing.

Ibby has the connection. Legionnaires who had at least one self titled series.I would have counted one-shots but there aren't any. The 8 to 10 miscount was due to my thinking of all the Superboys as the same (probably because i was thinking titles more than characters)

nice! one question solved, now the other... I honestly thought Lana Lang had a self-titled series at one point, but now I know I'm wrong. hmm... Of course! Sandy Anderson/Inferno. my second guess would have been Bart Allen/Impulse.

It was Inferno. I consider her as an honorary Legionnaire even if it was never stated. And I think someone pointed out that Bart was never an honorary Legionnaire.
