(I actually forgot she was in some incarnation of the JLA when I first answered the team question so I had to edit my answer later, but it's probably still safe to say most people wouldn't associate her with the JLA)

No biggie. Really, the list of female super-heroes who debuted between Zero Hour and Final Crisis who had their own books is very small. Not sure if there even are any others who fit those criteria. But I do remember that extremely short-lived "Justice League", which included Ambush Bug and Super-Chief.
