I think she was name-dropped (if not necessarily seen on panel) after Danielle was leaving Legion HQ after being cured of Computo. The only other known Foccarts, Jacques and Danielle, of course were both Legionnaires of some sort.

Found it, thanks to your clue CMK. Jacques and Danielle leave Legion HQ to take Danielle home to their family in LSH v2 #312 but there is no name dropping there. Two issues later in Tales of the LSH #314 we have a page in their home in Abidjan Africa where Danielle is enjoying being reunited with her sister Francine.
I like these trivia questions driving me to dive back into old issues.

I vaguely remember this story... Tyroc had to pretend to run wild, but was really using his power to scout for... the secret machine/source of Zoraz's own power?

Zoraz's secret was that "he" was really a suit worn by Legionnaires to test applicants. (Although in the end it was worn by Absorbancy Boy, who used the residual powers of the previous wearers.)

He was hunting...just for sport/practice...an unnamed member of a certain species. (I'm not sure if those creatures even had names)
The Soul of Antares WAS Kid Quantum. I'm asking what he was seen hunting when he was hired to hunt down the Soul/Kid Quantum (or at least R. J. Brande, who was known to have knowledge of its whereabouts).
