Was it the Flash issue where Barry and Jay met?
(oops I just saw CMK said this, but I think they're right anyway!)

It is not Wonder Woman, Flash or Green Lantern.
So the correct answer is a Silver Age comic that is not:
Action Comics Superman Young Romance Adventure Comics Justice League Superboy Crisis on Infinite Earth Justice Society Flash Green Lantern Wonder Woman
Another clue - you are all on the right track, but in a strange way, Chaim's guess of Young Romance had the right theme to it.

Not Lois Lane or Young Heroes in Love.
Let me refine the hint a bit. The specific comic book issue has a romantic element to it, but it is definitely a superhero comic.

Not Hawkman.
I see we are on a new page, so the list of silver age super hero comic books that had a romance plotline that were not correct is:
Action Comics Superman Young Romance Adventure Comics Justice League Superboy Crisis on Infinite Earth Justice Society Flash Green Lantern Wonder Woman Lois Lane Young Heroes in Love Jimmy Olsen Hawkman

Not Supergirl - she didn't get a self-titled book until the Bronze age. The particular comic book that Tinya was reading was published in 1959 and features the title character involved with two different women, one on the cover, one on the inside.

YES! Tinya is reading Batman #199 from March, 1959 with the cover featuring the "Marriage of Batman and Batwoman!" She also happens to be looking at a panel where Bruce and Vicki Vale are out on a date, but Vicki Vale does not make an appearance in the issue, rather its Kathy Kane, so the letterer must have done a bit of mucking about. Over to you Ibby!!

Cool trivia GL. Now it's finished I feel free to look up the Legion issue (v5 #3) and the Batman book. Really fun. (I think you typed the issue number wrong though, according to the DC wiki it's issue #122. Right month and year and the cover matches anyway.) Good point about the Viki Vale/Kathy Kane change. It's got me wondering if the panel shown in LSH is actually in the Batman comic or just imagined? Anybody have a copy or reprint?

It doesn't seem to be a panel from that issue. Perhaps it's from another comic?

I vaguely remember Tinya reading comics, but can't remember which issue. tricky one, I figured in the end it would be a "common" enough comic, that the first time I saw Tinya reading it I'd be like "huh neat" instead of "OMG WOW SO COOL!"
anyway...
in the Reboot Bizarro Legion, the Bizarro Legionnaires decided they needed an origin. What would their origin have been?

Funnily enough, when I was typing that, I wanted to double check and found the #122 correction you cite, but then I either went back and didn't correct the 199 or just typed it anyway. Oh well It doesn't seem to be a panel from that issue. Perhaps it's from another comic? Good point - now I'm really curious about this. It seems like an odd thing to do.

Yep, and most of their shots of reading comics were of the silver age variety. in the Reboot Bizarro Legion, the Bizarro Legionnaires decided they needed an origin. What would their origin have been? Killing Brande?
