Good, because if any others were named, I don't remember them. Just Catherine, who you ruled out, and Beefeater, who's male and therefore ruled out.

I believe there was one annual that named a heck of a lot of staff all over the world  not a scientist or engineer hint, look at the wording of my last answer very carefully... although... I wonder if my character is far too obscure...

Ding you got it! Rosa and Dana Rubikskova, twin sisters at the Moscow embassy The Extremist saga strongly implied that one was killed, with the survivor helpi Ng Blue Jay use the teleport tubes and saying “my poor sister… please help those who can still be helped” A happy ending though, both sisters reappear in the Red Winter storyline. One is still injured, using crutches and wearing some bandages and a neck brace - but both were alive One of them comments that Wally is a delicious little man  He started it by commenting on how large she was though Over to you stile!

Yay! I was running out of embassies when I suddenly remembered the Moscow one. I remember that "delicious little man" line. I wasn't really a fan of how Flash (Wally) was written in the series but it was funny to see the worm turn there. I don't remember the Red Winter story. Glad to hear the sister turned up ok.
Great pick for a character. I never would have remembered the name.
I am thinking of a DC character.

Wally became quite a big frat-boy goofball didn't he? but yes, delicious little man, hee hee!
I had to look up the names actually. but I always remembered the characters. I read things out of order, so I read Red Winter first and wondered why that one woman was heavily injured... then I read the Extremists storyline and was shocked at how heavily it was implied she had been killed!
