Um.... It had Karate kid in it...and...um...some crooks...oh, and dream girl of course.... um....c'mon memory cell...
Something to do with Nura not feeling as though she was worth a spot in the team, but she ends up saving Val. No idea if they were on an espionage mission, but it popped into my brain cell.

i remember that story too thothy, but if I remember she did not impersonate anyone. she had a dream a Legionnaire would be in a life-threatening situation, at first they thought it was Garth and Tinya in a storm but they got out of it. Nura felt more useless for getting it wrong... then Val collapsed, turns out he had been stabbed in a fight. so Nura's prediction was right and she saved his life

Nope, but I will throw in a clarification here - part of my sum total does include the generic "black shirt and khakis" she wore in the first half of 5YL as well as Virus. So those are two of the total.  But that is a pretty good list.

Are we counting when she got the green streak in her hair in the reboot as a separate costume? It might be splitting hairs (ha!) but I guess it is technically a change of appearance...oh! Also EVERYONE got new costumes during Magic Wars, she must have gotten one then!
