Great review CA. I was astonished as well when I read the issue not long ago at all the references to past Superman history, particularly with Lyla Lerrol. Bridwell certainly knew his continuity. Somewhat rionic when you consider that his own story would not be considered in continuity.
Also loved all your links to previous reviews. That sent me diving into other old stories. Great fun. thanks.

Professor Nichols time travel through self hypnosis was also used in the 1980 film Somewhere in time. A film that stars Christopher Reeve, just after his role as Superman, a character in this Superfriends issue. SUPERMANCEPTION!
