Although Imra was shown as being happy about being back on active duty she never expressed that happiness specifically as a result of Univero's actions.

For this legionnaire their life changed because of Universo's actions in a way that they stated they were pleased about.

Good guess but incorrect. In fact Quislet giving him a body happened in the issue immediately after the Universo Project, the same issue where a legionnaire expresses the good thing that came out of it for them.

Another good idea and one which also happened in that same issue, but Polar Boy never expressed any happiness about the Universo Project allowing him to become leader.

Hint: the happiness revolves around a relationship which might not have happened without Universo's actions.

The legionnaire involved is male and began a relationship with a female non-legionnaire during the Universo Project which continued afterwards. The woman had not previously appeared in LSH but turned up occasionally in future issues, both as companion to the legionnaire and in her professional persona.

Yes that's the one I was thinking of.
We get our first glimpse of Marella in LSH #36 when she and Brin are wandering the streets together.
Brin: "Lady, you were the only good thing to come out of Universo's tricks."
Marella: "But I was spoiled -- getting to know you when you were part of a disbanded Legion."

When I first read this I was scrambling back through earlier issues looking for her but this her first appearance. Next issue she seeks out Shvaughn and Gi-Gi for advice presumably about dating a legionnaire. Then she gets a bit lost in the plotlines until popping up in #49 where she is strolling with Brin again who has a stomach ache from Starfinger's L-ring attack. In #51 during Brainiac 5's trial she is talking to Brin via holo about Earth government's concerns about the trial - and that's it for volume 3. She appears in her professional role as news reader twice in 5YL issues #1 and #10 and as the presenter in Who's Who in the Legion #1 and #2. Although not named it looks like she appears again as the news reader in Legion of 3 Worlds #4. It was always a bit disappointing to me that PL was unable to develop her more.
