Question re: Superboy's age... We know Bendis aged him up in the S titles for the purpose of him joining this iteration of the Legion... but is he actually old enough to grow that terrible "mustache" Rosmo gave him??

I have not visited Legion World for a long time. Can someone please explain what this thread is about?
I had he as rd that the newest comic had been discontinued after it's first year. Is this a new comic? A trade back book? Part of the last series?
I'm confused.

It was a two-part story that was set in the future of the Bendis series. It was not strictly part of the Bendis series, but sort of continued - and ended - it, after a bit of a time jump.
